You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Inactive accounts may be charged an administrative fee of up to ৳100 per month, and will be closed once the balance reaches zero.

• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Under no circumstances will 2026video's total liability exceed the balance held in your account.

If a dispute arises between 2026video and a player, please contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved within 24–48 hours.

In the event of a dispute, logs and records stored on the server shall serve as the definitive evidence. For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, software logs are the only accepted form of proof.
